1. Service Description

Amir Automation provides automated LinkedIn outreach services designed to help real estate agents build connections and expand their professional network. Our service includes campaign setup, message development, target audience research, and ongoing optimization.

2. Risk Disclosure

While we employ careful, measured strategies designed to minimize risk, we cannot guarantee that your LinkedIn account will not face restrictions or bans.

3. No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of automation services and associated risks:

• All payments are final and non-refundable
• No refunds will be provided for account restrictions or bans
• No refunds for dissatisfaction with results or service quality
• Services begin immediately upon payment, making refunds impractical

4. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information for campaign setup
• Maintain your LinkedIn account in good standing
• Respond professionally to interested prospects
• Follow LinkedIn's community guidelines where possible
• Accept full responsibility for your LinkedIn account

5. Amir Automation Responsibilities

We commit to:

• Provide automation tools and strategic guidance
• Develop personalized outreach campaigns
• Offer ongoing support and optimization
• Use responsible outreach practices

We are NOT responsible for LinkedIn account restrictions, bans, or any consequences resulting from automation use.

6. Alternative Solutions and Support

If issues arise with your LinkedIn account, we will provide guidance on alternative strategies and solutions. However, this support does not constitute a refund or compensation for any losses incurred.

7. Payment Terms

• Monthly Service: $997 per month
• Billing: Charged monthly in advance
• Payment Methods: Credit card or other approved methods
• Late Payments: Service may be suspended for non-payment
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice

8. Termination of Service

Either party may terminate this agreement:

• Client Termination: 30 days written notice required
• Our Termination: Immediate termination for terms violation
• No Cancellation Fees: No additional fees for cancellation
• Final Billing: Pro-rated charges apply for partial months

9. Limitation of Liability

Amir Automation's liability is limited as follows:

• No liability for LinkedIn account restrictions or bans
• No liability for lost leads, connections, or business opportunities
• Maximum liability limited to the amount paid for services in the current month
• No liability for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages

10. Indemnification

You agree to hold Amir Automation harmless and indemnify us against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our automation services, including but not limited to LinkedIn account restrictions or violations of platform terms.

11. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or website notification. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Egypt. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Egypt.

13. Acceptance

By purchasing or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. You confirm that you understand the risks associated with LinkedIn automation and accept full responsibility for any consequences.
