2. Risk Disclosure

While we employ careful, measured strategies designed to minimize risk, we cannot guarantee that your LinkedIn account will not face restrictions or bans.

3. Consultation Services

Our consultation services include:

• Free initial consultation via Calendly booking
• LinkedIn automation strategy development
• Target audience identification and research
• Campaign setup guidance and best practices
• Ongoing support and optimization recommendations

All consultations are scheduled through our Calendly booking system and conducted remotely.

4. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information for campaign setup
• Maintain your LinkedIn account in good standing
• Respond professionally to interested prospects
• Follow LinkedIn's community guidelines where possible
• Accept full responsibility for your LinkedIn account

5. Amir Automation Responsibilities

We commit to:

• Provide professional consultation and strategic guidance

• Offer ongoing support and optimization advice
• Maintain confidentiality of client information
• Provide timely responses to consultation requests

We are NOT responsible for LinkedIn account restrictions, bans, or any consequences resulting from automation use based on our guidance.

6. Alternative Solutions and Support

If issues arise with your LinkedIn account, we will provide guidance on alternative strategies and solutions during follow-up consultations. Our support is advisory in nature and does not guarantee specific outcomes.

7. Service Availability

Consultation services are provided:

• Scheduling: Through Calendly booking system
• Availability: Monday-Friday, 9AM-3PM EST
• Format: Remote consultations via video call or phone
• Cancellation: 24-hour notice required for rescheduling

8. Termination of Service

Either party may discontinue consultation services:

• Client Termination: No notice required for consultation services
• Our Termination: We reserve the right to refuse service for terms violation
• No Fees: Consultation services are provided free of charge

9. Limitation of Liability

Amir Automation's liability is limited as follows:

• No liability for LinkedIn account restrictions or bans
• No liability for lost leads, connections, or business opportunities
• Maximum liability limited to the amount paid for services in the current month
• No liability for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages

10. Indemnification

You agree to hold Amir Automation harmless and indemnify us against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our automation services, including but not limited to LinkedIn account restrictions or violations of platform terms.

11. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or website notification. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Egypt. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Egypt.
